POOL PARTY REQUEST

If you are looking to book a pool party, then you’ve come to the right place! Please fill out this form and provide details. We will respond within 2 business days of request. If the time is available, you will receive a Pool Party Agreement and reservation fee request. Party is not confirmed until Agreement and reservation fee is signed and paid.

Pool party guidelines:

• Two hour minimum including set-up/clean-up
• Requests must be made 14 days before the scheduled party
• NO parties past 10:00 PM
• Have to follow HOA guidelines for scheduling pool parties
• Parties requested for dates after August 1st will not be met
• NO pool parties will be scheduled during opening weekend and Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day)
